Come participate in our first Makeathon event!

We'll assemble Chill Chairs for local children with sensory overload issues. We'll also brainstorm designs for assistive technology requests that would help people with special needs to become more independent and/or pursue their passions.

This event is organized by a small group of people (https://www.facebook.com/Hurdle-Helpers-Adaptive-Design-494618754610792/) who met because of Maker Works and are forming a non-profit organization to create assistive technology for people in our area.
